Illustrating Paihamu Possum for Long White Cloud Books

One of the most exciting projects I’ve had the pleasure of illustrating at Mandii Pope Digital is ............. for Long White Cloud Books. This charming story follows .............., an adventurous ............. on a quest through Aotearoa New Zealand, exploring the rich culture, history, and iconic landmarks of the country. Soon to be released in 2025. Once the book is released I can fill in the gaps here.

Through each illustration, I aimed to capture the vibrant landscapes of New Zealand and the playful nature of ............. journey. The book is designed to introduce young readers to the beauty of Aotearoa, with stunning visuals that highlight both the natural environment and the cultural significance of the places .............visits. Along the way, he learns a few words of Te Reo Māori, adding a wonderful layer of language learning to the story.

With a blend of fun, educational elements and colourful, engaging illustrations, ............. Possum is a story that connects children to the wonders of New Zealand’s heritage while celebrating the power of curiosity and exploration.
